Eleven Zagreb restaurants could boast this year of the recommendation of one of the most important guides for restaurants in the world. With more than 100 years of experience in restaurant selection, the MICHELIN guide today recommends more than 20.000 restaurants in 30 countries around the world. MICHELIN inspectors apply the same criteria in assessing the quality of each restaurant they visit anonymously. The MICHELIN guide is an international reference for fine-dining, and the plaque of the MICHELIN guide is the official recognition that the restaurant is part of their selection for 2018. “Twelve Zagreb restaurants with a MICHELIN recommendation are long-term partners of METRO, with whom we share a philosophy and passion for culinary specialties and high-quality products. That is why we are very happy that MICHELIN inspectors recognized the quality of Croatian restaurants this year as well, and we are extremely honored that the cooperation with MICHELIN’s guide enabled us to be part of the success of top Croatian restaurants.“, Emphasized Vladimir Gnjidić, Executive Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board of METRO Cash & Carry Croatia. The Esplanade Bistro List of restaurants in Croatia with Micehlin recommendations and stars METRO, the global partner of the MICHELIN guide, solemnly presented MICHELIN plaques to the chefs of Croatian restaurants. Zagreb restaurants Noel, Apetit City, Zinfandel’s, Takenoko, Mano, Dubravkin put, Boban, Mundoaka, Bistro apetit by Marin Rendić, Agava, Gallo and Le Bistro Esplanade are in prestigious company selection of a MICHELIN gastro guide for 2018. Along with them, MICHELIN’s plates, the recognition of MICHELIN’s guide, in 2018 were deserved by a total of 62 Croatian restaurants which, according to anonymous inspectors, serve good and simple food.
